Built-in controller type
This electric actuator features a built-in controller, which helps save space in the control panel. Three operating modes are available—Solenoid Valve Mode (Single Type), Simple 3-Point Mode, and 4-Point Mode—enabling positioning at up to four points.

Guided types equip with guides like guided pneumatics cylinder, but can move to multiple positions. It is ideal for replacing pneumatics to electric actuators, by keeping the compatibility but upgrading the functions of electric actuators.

With interal guide
It has a built-in outer rail type guide, reducing the need for additional guides. It is compact and highly rigid model that contributes to the space saving of the device. In addition, a batteryless absolute encoder can be installed. which enables retaining position information and doesn’t require homing after an emergency stop.
